My first ever #carrot #cake baked :) just another use of the @Bosch #juicer I've bought this week. Done some #pear and carrots juice and the rest went to re-use as a cake. I took two #raspberry and #pomegranate #porridge sachets instead of #flour. I've used one #egg and @alpro_uk #coconut #dairy and #gluten free milk. I've added a large spoon of #tahini as a #baking 'moisturiser'. 🍰 All mixed up by hand an put in the baking pan for 20 minutes of 180 deg, and when dried on the surface switched down to 140 deg for another 20 minutes. While still hot I've spread some tahini oil on top and decorated with #sweetener (#aspartame free). 😄😄😄 Fertig!! - Another mobile image
