There is quite a bit to write about as in total this day is celebrated over the World but, at many different dates.

Jest w sumie o czym pisać bo obchodzony jest na całym świecie, ale kiedy indziej

Zacznijmy więc od początku. 



It has been established at the beginning of 1900 in the US. It's formal name is MOTHER'S DAY. It has been established mainly from selfish reasons by Anna Jarvis however since she also found an organisation supporting the celebration Nationwide it gained a new understanding.

Dzień został ustanowiony około 1900 roku w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Formalna nazwa to DZIEŃ MATKI. Został ustanowiony z osobistych pobudek przez Annę Jarvis, jednakże po powołaniu przez nią organizacji wspierającą obchody tego święta w całym kraju, zyskało ono nowe zrozumienie sprawy.


Getting back to dates... not only that is slightly different around the globe but also some countries don't recognize that day at all and celebrate the Woman's Day instead. Other nationalities celebrate Mother's Day and Woman's Day

Wracając do tematu dat...różnice występują nie tylko wokół globu co do daty obchodów, ale również niektóre kraje w ogóle nie obchodzą tego święta, a w zamian obchodząc Dzień Kobiet. Jeszcze inne narodowości świętują zarówno Dzień Matki jak i Dzień Kobiet.
