What you can see there is 14 floors up space filled with offices. The total building high of 75 meters made it than tallest in Springfields area at the moment when it has been build in February 2009. It has been later sold for £183.5 million in 2010 to a current owner.

To co widać na zdjęciu to 14 pięter wypełnionych przestrzenią biurową. Łączne budynek ma 75 metrów wysokości co w czasie zakończenia jego budowy w lutym 2009 uplasowało go na 1szy miejscu wśród wysokości na terenie Springfields. Następnie developer sprzedał budynek obecnemy właścicielowi w 2010 roku za około PLN 917.5 milionów złotych (£183.5 miliona)
